Where It Begins

Sketched in an Island Studio

Every Starfish Studio print starts on paper in Jess’s studio on North Stradbroke Island. Working in pen and paint, she draws the shells, sea creatures and coastal patterns of island life, which become the designs you’ll find on her cushion covers, tea towels and tees.

Made to Mix and Match

A Palette Inspired by the Island

Once a drawing is finished, Jess chooses its colourways, from soft sand and sea glass to deep ocean blues. Each colour is picked to sit happily alongside the others, so you can add new pieces each season, knowing they’ll work with the ones you already love.

Coastal Cushion Covers

Jess’s original prints on Australian made cushion covers, in soft linen for the lounge and outdoor fabric for the deck or verandah. Mix and match across her colourways to create your own coastal look.
