Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post, either standard or express, it's your choice.

No returns on Fabric by the metre, Pre order or Sale items

 

The fine print....

RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return items to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in perfect condition, No returns on fabric by the metre or sale items. 
1. To exchange or return an item please email with your order details and we will issue you with a return number along with the details of the return address. 

To Exchange: 
Pay the shipping cost to get the products back to us, and we will cover the cost of sending the new product to you. Please note: this is for your first exchange only. Standard shipping costs will apply for subsequent changes. 

To Return: 
Products must be returned at your own cost with a note stating our original invoice number and return number. The shipping costs incurred by the customer will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error. Once we have received the returned products, we will notify you via email of your exchange or refund entitlement within 5 business days.


SHIPPING

Shipping is via Australia Post, at cost, and with a choice of EXPRESS, or STANDARD Shipping.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post within 2 days of payment.
Orders have Australia Post tracking but are not insured for loss or breakage.

Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your shipping costs.
All orders are dispatched from Stradbroke Island.  
We will email you once your order has left our showroom and advise you of the tracking number.


It usually takes 1-2 days for shipping to capital cities but it may take up to 1 week for your parcel to leave the Island and arrive at your front door if you are in a regional area.

FURNITURE + OVERSIZED ITEMS

Shipping for furniture is calculated  by volume and weight, for delivery.Contact us for a custom shipping quote. Furniture is sent Via TOLL and may take 21 days to arrive on the Island once full payment has been received.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST for Australian shoppers.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS

GST is not applicable on international orders 
Duties may be payable upon entry into your country. These duties are your responsibility.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post ‘Pack and Track’ within 1 day of payment.
Orders have Australia Post tracking but are not insured.
Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your shipping costs.
All orders are dispatched from Stradbroke Island.

It may take up to 4 weeks for your parcel to leave our Island and arrive at your front door
