1. Purpose of Deposit
The non-refundable deposit is required to secure products that are pre ordered by Starfish Studio. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the purchase.
2. Amount and Payment
The deposit amount is 50% of the furniture price and must be paid to confirm the order. Shipping will be quoted and added to the final price before delivery. The remaining 50% and shipping is due prior to dispatch of the furniture from the warehouse.
3. Non-Refundability
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. By submitting the deposit, the client agrees that Starfish Studio is reserving time, resources, or products and may turn away other business based on this commitment.
4. Cancellation by Client
In the event the client cancels the service or order for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. If cancellation occurs after full payment, only the portion of the payment excluding the deposit may be eligible for a refund.
5. Cancellation by Service Provider
If the service provider must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, the deposit will be refunded in full.
6. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made in writing and are subject to availability. The deposit may be transferred to a new date at the sole discretion of the service provider. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
7. Agreement to Terms
By paying the deposit, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
